The paleo diet is the hottest fad diet since vegetarianism. If you're not familiar with the movement, paleo folks eat a "paleolithic" or "caveman" diet of meat, more meat, and pretty much anything they can forage (berries, nuts and so forth). The only foods that are allowed are ones that were available prior to the dawn of agriculture 10,000 years ago. Source by kja11
